"They need improvement on cutomer service skills. I had to wait a few minutes to be asked to be helped after walking in and there were 2 people working together at the reception desk. The person that checked me inn was not friendly or attentive at all. They checked me out a day early and charged my credit card without my consent. I do not want to stay in this place again."
