"I had some bad experiences with the manager, who's a lady in her 40's that doesn't seem to understand what customer service is. Paying the bill turned my evening into a complete nightmare for my family and I. She copped an attitude with me over the bill, which was written by a waiter. But, I ended up being screamed at in front of my wife and kids. I looked around because I thought someone had pulled out a space age remote control and changed the channel. Then I realized this woman simply wasn't playing with a full deck. What's worse is you can't understand her. So, just saying the word "huh", made me stupid because I couldn't understand broken english. One of the employees finally got it straightened out. If it was just me, I'd brush it off. But, I had my family with me so I wasn't pleased. And I've talked to other regulars who used to go there, and came to find they stopped going there. One of them had his date with him just a few days ago, and this manager berated him in front of his date and all the other customers while placing his order because he was hard of hearing. That was his last time there. And he's patient and professional as anybody I know. I've heard other people share bad experiences they had. But, once he told me about his incident, that did it for me. I stopped going there too. I've heard this site is great, and figured I'd better explain why I'm embarrassed to bring anybody I know for a pleasant night out. This manager doesn't know how to run a restaurant."
