Dave Westall, Lake Tahoe Real Estate

David is a friendly, knowledgeable agent, who genuinely cares about the happiness of his clients. He knows the Lake Tahoe North Shore area very well. Even given the very busy time that we were looking, he was always immediately responsive. He asked us what we were looking for and listened carefully. He provided several options and thankfully, we made a good choice very quickly. He took care of all the process details and pitched in even where he didn't have to. We are absolutely thrilled with the property we purchased with David's help. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again and to recommend him to friends!

We highly recommend Dave. Dave was our buying agent for our vacation house in Tahoe Donner.

We live in the Bay Area, and were able to work with Dave remotely to purchase it. After sharing our criteria with him, he setup online email notifications for new properties, and then a planned tour when we were up in the area in person. He had a deep knowledge of the housing stock and the neighborhoods, and was able to point out key details, the dynamics of the market, and aspects of the different floorplans.

When we saw a home that we really liked but couldn't come up in person quickly enough, he helped us tour it via video chat. When we wanted to make an offer, he was totally on top of the process of the offer and inspections, and made everything really easy for us, which was an extra relief since we are out of town.

On top of all of this, Dave is just a really wonderful guy -- he's super friendly and warm. We were really happy that we got to work with him to find our perfect home.

Dave is an amazing partner to help you find your dream home/land in the Tahoe area. He helped us find an amazing property in Truckee and worked with us through a lot of crazy ups and downs. We found Dave after searching for a realtor with experience with modular construction, and found a gem with way more experience than we could have imagined.

Dave was great and I highly recommend using him if you plan to buy in the North Lake Tahoe area. Due to his knowledge we were able to tour and make an offer on a house before it even hit the market. He was always on top of our questions and was very patient with us. He definitely knows what he is doing and I believe his service was exceptional. He went above and beyond for ya and now we get to enjoy our beautiful property with a lake view.

Dave helped us sell our condo in Alpine Meadows in two months with very strong offers. He was incredibly responsive to every email and question, really knows the area, and helped guide us on what we needed to do to get the place into listing shape. When we were ready things moved quickly with online ads galore printed postcards and showings. He is calm, listens to input and has a great network in the area.

Dave was a great business partner who also did a lot of extras when things were needed at the unit and we were out of town. He also knows service people to help with items needed during escrow. He knows who the best lenders are and has relationships that helped us make choices leading to a successful sale and smooth escrow. and close.

We loved his attitude and most of all the successful sale of our unit. We can't recommend Dave highly enough as a Tahoe, ski area, market, and advertising expert and a savvy pleasant and responsive agent.

I appreciate other Google reviewers who led us to the agent who would help us achieve our goal.

Working with Dave to sell our cabin in Truckee (Tahoe Donner) was a great experience. He went above and beyond what we expected. Dave helped us line up contractors to make repairs, made suggestions on what we should and should not spend money on fixing/updating and most importantly helped us sell our house for over the asking price!

We had a really great experience purchasing our home in Alpine Meadows with Dave. He is incredibly calm and kind, but gets things done. There were a few curveballs in our process and he helped keep everything on track. Dave also went above and beyond to make sure that the house was perfect for us when we closed by taking care of things that he thought should be done like a boiler inspection, hot-tub cleaning and repainting of a wall that had a lot of photos hung on it. Additionally, he knows everyone and provided a ton of great resources and was always quick with a call back. We highly recommend Dave.

We couldn't fault our purchasing experience with Dave. It took us about 2 years to pull the trigger on a new home, but he was patient throughout the entire process. His knowledge of the market, 'can do' attitude and professionalism was second-to-none, and he was a pleasure to deal with. It's also worth mentioning that Dave's after sales service has been exemplary - he's helped troubleshoot a few things for us, even months after we closed on the property! We would not hesitate to use Dave again to buy or sell.
