I am so grateful to Eric from Krack Media. I was having issues with my website going down and taking a while to get back up. I made the switch to Krack Media and could not be happier. He is so knowledgeable and kind. He is easy to work with and helps explain all the technical concepts in a way I can understand. I know my website is in great hands now. I highly recommend Krack Media.

We have been using Eric and Krack Media for quite some time with our website. They are always responsive, knowledgeable and willing to help in any way. It's hard to find trustworthy IT support because when you don't know what you're doing the companies pretty much could charge whatever they want and you are going about it blind, not with Krack Media and Eric!!! It was amazing the first experience our company had with Eric and his team years ago and again recently when I needed another changeover done, it was like magic!!! I can't say enough good things about the support we continue to get with Krack Media and Eric and we will be using them forever, there is nothing like the email, website, web design, and other services they over, I feel very secure with them as my team! Thank you all!

Eric and his team designed our website 10 years ago and we recently went through an update to make it user friendly for cell phones. The process was quick and smooth with hands on training for me to update our specials which is very easy!

Eric and the Krack Media team are excellent! I truly don't know what I would do without them. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they also provide great service.
