I practice mainly immigration and nationality law. Among others areas, I represent employers in the fields of information technology, engineering, higher education, health care, hotel and hospitality, and religious institutions.
I focus my practice primarily on temporary and permanent authorization to work in the United States. The classifications include B-1, H-1B, H-2B, TN (NAFTA), E-1, E-2, L-1A, L-1B, and labor certification based on employment. A large part of my practice includes special handling of post-secondary teaching faculty. I also assist clients with the Immigrant Petition, Adjustment of Status, and Consular Processing.
