Before buying a condo, one of the "must do" things is to have a professional inspection of the place. It boggles my mind that anyone would spend more than half a million dollars on a place and not pay a professional to make sure that there are no costly surprises. Kimo was very thorough in his inspection of the condo we were purchasing. However, although I am certain he briefly turned on the appliances, when we moved into the flat, water did not run into the dishwasher due to a faulty water line, and the clothes dryer did not run a complete cycle. Both were new appliances, but both required repairs. I suggest that in the future, Kimo run all appliances through complete cycles.
