I welcome an opportunity to use this company Unfortunately, I could not get past asking a single question of the staff to book an appointment or receive services. This is a result of office staff- Jody. She has proudly displayed her poor customer service skills despite repeated attempts to speak to her. She refuses to allow a customer an opportunity to speak and instead verbally assaults people and hangs up on them as a way of representing this company.
