I couldn't be happier with Diane and the other professionals at Charles Umpenhour, Inc. They do a great job to timely solve problems, fill vacancies, and keep tenants happy. They answer their phone every time you call, and generally go above and beyond my expectations for a property manager.

My experience having CUI manage my rental property has been excellent! Diane is easy to speak to, knowledgeable and quickly responds to any concerns I might have. Knowing they are taking care of my tenant and my property truly puts my mind at ease. Highly recommend!

This man and his team are unbelievable. If you want to buy a house especially as a first time home buyer than Charles is the man. I am a Veteran on a veterans disability and I close today after many hurdles and Charles exercising great wisdom and creativity. You would be very foolish to use anybody else. Thanks guys
