These classes are different from other bootcamps I've tried. The instructors genuinely care about my goals and my success. I'm always excited for class since you never know what to expect!Report
Workouts are always challenging and best of all, efficient. I don't have a lot of time to go to the gym. I can get a well rounded workout with Body Buster and burn lots of calories in an hour. The trainers seem to really know their stuff and provide lots of motivation. There is a sense of camaraderie in the classes as well as some friendly competition!Report
