All Pro Chem-Dry

We were so pleased with the technician, Eric Wegman, in his professionalism and his attention to detail. He was so pleasant and very careful of our furniture, etc. as he was cleaning our carpets. We have never used All Pro Chem-Dry prior to this visit - always Coit or Stanley Steamer and we will never go back to their method of cleaning - too much water. Our carpets have never looked better. Can't say enough about this company and highly recommend them!

I've used other Chem Dry franchises before and never had any issues. Unfortunately, this location wasted my time and money! They need to do a better job communicating honestly with their customers. If you say it's a big job and you are sending a two person crew, two people need to show up. I asked for a truck mounted steam clean and one tech showed up to clean with a portable unit. I was not told that couches with "back cushions" would be an up charge of $20 per cushion. It took one guy 3 1/2 hours to clean two small love seats, a chair and an ottoman. These items took 6 hours to dry!!! I had three fans blowing on them and circulating air. The tech told me it would take 1 to 2 hours to dry. They don't even look any cleaner!! The tech was "out of the special oxygenated stain remover". I ended up canceling the rest of my order because I needed the tech out of my house. It was 6:30 PM by the time he finished the first items I hired you to clean. When I called to schedule, I explained that I needed the job done before we had company for the weekend and was assured it would be done in time. My appointment was originally scheduled for mid morning on a Thursday. Someone "called in sick" so my appointment was moved to late afternoon Friday. Thanks to All -Pro Chem Dry my son and his friends had no where to sit until after midnight during their basement slumber party. We didn't have them clean the upstairs furniture like we originally intended so they hung out in the family room. They whole experience was a major inconvenience. I will never use Chem Dry again!

UPDATE: Chem Dry came back and re cleaned the couches in the basement. This time they brought the two man crew and the truck mounted equipment I originally requested. It took way less time to dry! Unfortunately, some of the stains still didn't come. They explained that the material is cotton and sometimes some stains won't come out of cotton. They also cleaned my sectional upstairs and it looks great! My original appointment with Chem Dry must have been a one off mistake. Thankfully, they remedied the situation.

All Pro Chem-Dry did a great job cleaning my Crate and Barrel sofa and ottoman as well as my CB2 chair and ottoman. They used scent free cleaning products and I’m very happy with the results!

After a miscommunication about time, Josh (the Operations Mgr) arrived on-time and was super friendly.

My only minor criticism is that some of the cleaning product overspray coated the wood furniture legs after the cleaning. But, I was able to clean it off. I was surprised because I saw Josh wipe off the legs. Not sure what happened? But, I will definitely use All Pro Chem-Dry again in the future. Thank you!!!

Patrick did an AMAZING job! He was very thorough, made sure to explain everything, including PURT to help eliminate issues from pet accidents, and even cleaned the area rug. This experience was much better than other services I’ve used, and I couldn’t be happier! Thanks again!

We get our carpets cleaned yearly and have tried many companies. All pro chem-dry has been the best!
